To further assert ourselves as a transparent Organization that complies with legal obligations, we promote the publication of the Annual Evaluation Report of the PPR (Plan for the Prevention of Risks of Corruption and Related Infractions). This report details the degree of implementation of our PPR and Regulatory Compliance Program.
 
This report, as well as the PPR, have been published on our website and can be consulted on the web page for this purpose. You should read our Regulatory Compliance Program so that you know how jp.group stands against corruption and related infractions and what conduct is expected of you as an employee. Once again, we ask for everyone's ethical commitment to fighting corruption.
 
In October 2022 we made available a system where anyone - internal or external - can report suspected wrongdoing or misconduct, so that we can be alerted in advance about serious risks of irregularities that may affect individuals, our companies or society.
 
Our whistleblowing channel guarantees the confidentiality, or anonymity, of all whistleblowers. If you become aware of any infraction or malpractice, we count on you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
