JP Sá Couto is looking for a Customer Support Technician!!!

This is the challenge we have for you: 

  • Answering and logging customer requests for assistance;

  • Follow up on these requests, responding in a timely manner;

  • Record all occurrences and update, process and monitor them according to the defined objectives;

  • Diagnose, repair and configure computer equipment;

  • Draw up documents relating to the diagnoses and repairs made;

  • Ensure internal communication in order to promote the connection of all activities in the supply chain, with a view to the effective and efficient resolution of situations;

  • Monitor the management of the Reverse Logistics process (return of material to the manufacturer);

  • Follow up and monitor the relationship with suppliers and subcontractors.

 

What is important to us: 

  • 12th year in the area of computer science (preferred);

  • Experience in detecting and resolving computer hardware and software malfunctions;

  • Experience in performing Technical Service functions or in Customer Technical Support areas;

  • Knowledge of computer hardware and architecture;

  • Knowledge of electronics (preferred);

  • Communication skills (oral and written);

  • Good knowledge of English and Spanish (B1 or B2 level);

  • Results-oriented and customer-oriented.

 

Place of Work: Perafita - Matosinhos.
