Customer Support Technician
JP Sá Couto is looking for a Customer Support Technician!!!

This is the challenge we have for you:

Answering and logging customer requests for assistance;

Follow up on these requests, responding in a timely manner;

Record all occurrences and update, process and monitor them according to the defined objectives;

Diagnose, repair and configure computer equipment;
-
Draw up documents relating to the diagnoses and repairs made;
-
Ensure internal communication in order to promote the connection of all activities in the supply chain, with a view to the effective and efficient resolution of situations;
-
Monitor the management of the Reverse Logistics process (return of material to the manufacturer);
-
Follow up and monitor the relationship with suppliers and subcontractors.
What is important to us:
-
12th year in the area of computer science (preferred);
-
Experience in detecting and resolving computer hardware and software malfunctions;
-
Experience in performing Technical Service functions or in Customer Technical Support areas;
-
Knowledge of computer hardware and architecture;
-
Knowledge of electronics (preferred);
-
Communication skills (oral and written);
-
Good knowledge of English and Spanish (B1 or B2 level);
-
Results-oriented and customer-oriented.
